Toronto's only two-storey French restaurant destination is located right in the heart of the theatre district. Across the street and half a block to the east is The Princess of Wales Theatre. Right beside it is the Royal Alex Theatre. Just across the street from there is Roy Thomson Hall, home of the Toronto Symphony Orchestra. The Rogers Centre, home of the Toronto Blue Jays, is three short blocks away on the harbourfront, as is the CN Tower. The Metro Convention Centre is overlooked by the Tower, near Toronto's central railway station, the majestic Union Station is just steps away from the Air Canada Centre (home of the Toronto Raptors).

No matter where a visitor stays or shops in Toronto, he or she winds up within blocks of Marcel's and Le Saint Tropez. Two blocks directly to the west of the restaurant is Spadina Avenue and the fashion district, where great fashion bargains can be found, especially since they're in Canadian dollars! Across the street is one of the largest Holiday Inns ever built, down the street the fabulous Le Royal Meridien King Edward, and to the east and slightly south is the Fairmount Royal York Hotel.
